Problem is you have idiots who have no science, especially a chemistry background or even know how to read these and ignore the information warning of problems with said ingredients.

That disreputable sales personnel con management of properties to 'acquire a personalized 'aroma', that the public will have fond memories of', while offering sales of this for home fragrance pollution.

So to make it easy for the public to understand what they are intentionally inhaling, health risks associated with it and what governmental regulatory agency categorize the chemicals, here is the simplified and complete version.
